Rachel Antonoff is great at creating girly frocks that, while whimsical, are wildly wearable. We're not the only fans of her designs: Antonoff, who was one half of label Mooka Kinney until she launched her own line last year, has already garnered enough buzz to land a collaboration. She's whipped up a pretty strapless dress (yes, just one style) for Target.
