Embellished tights are easily one of the biggest trends of the season and with just a little work, they can be amazingly affordable. I made my first pair of lace tights a couple of months back (you can see them here) and I thought a more holiday appropriate pair would be even more fun. All you need is heavy duty fabric glue, crystals (these can be found at any craft store), and a pair of tights. Here are my steps for creating your own pair of embellished tights for less than $10.
