Shopping Isaac's New QVC Line
Is there a line Isaac Mizrahi hasn't done? His latest, called IsaacMizrahiLive!, marks the first time QVC is partnering with a designer over a multitude of categories. Mizrahi is doing shoes, home goods, jewelry, bags, clothing, and even foodstuffs. It's an exciting venture that comes just in time for holiday shopping, and one that's part of a growing trend for one-stop-shopping collaborations that last longer than just one delivery -- see our story on the upcoming Liberty for Target here.
Here are a few of my favorites from the debut collection, up now on QVC.com:
1. Metallic Down Filled Quilted Anorak Coat $156
I'ma sucker for sacrificing practicality for prettiness - but this silveranorak is a decadent topper for all the holiday events I have togo to that would also keep me super toasty en route.
2. Pebble Drawstring Satchel, $127
Thishas a classic equestrian feeling, and while a lot of cross body bagsare either too tiny or too bulky, this one's the perfect size.
3. Crystal Cocktail Ring $28
Afun trick I learned from a friend is to wear two or three statement cocktailrings on one hand, and no other jewelry. It's unexpected, and achic ring like this would be great in multiples.
4. Chandelier Beaded Drop Earrings and Necklace set $40
These look like vintage heirlooms--but the price makes them totally giftable.
