Amazing Beauty Product I Learned About From...Lucky Magazine

...Or, more accurately, from our September 2007 cover girl, Sarah Michelle Gellar, a celebrity I've always liked very much. She seems really smart. She also turned me on to this fantastic powder.

You know how in the magazine's "Her Way" section, the celebrityon the cover shares her favorite clothes, beauty products, etc? Sarahraved about bareMinerals MultiTasking Minerals in Well Rested, this amazing powder that you pat under your eyes or anywhere elsethat has dark shadows and needs brightening. But would it impress ME, apicky-picky beauty editor with a restless fruit bat soul?

Being perhaps the least-rested person of all time (like the aforementionedfruit bat, I am nocturnal; unlike the fruit bat, I have work mostmornings), this powder was a killer discovery. It really makes me lookless tired, and it sets undereye concealer beautifully, too. I pat iton with my finger or a sponge--the latter is more effective butrequires more effort, and when I'm tired, poking around for a sponge isabout as fun as today's breaking "Kate Gosselin Sports a Ponytail!" news. (No, seriously, that's the headline.)

I think I also started wearing Clean perfumes after reading about some star who wore it, but I can't remember who it was. Hmm.

What beauty product have you randomly learned about from a celebrity?
