First Look: Banana Republic's New Jeans

Banana Republic just launched all things denim--not only jeans but blazers, trenches, and vests--for spring, and it couldn't be more on trend.

BR announced the relaunch denim collectionthis morning at their New York Soho store. Look for the new slouchy Boyfriend, the body-huggingUltimate Skinny, and the men's-inspired Trouser (prices start at just$79.50!) in new washes and fits this spring. They offered each editor a pair to road test. My pick? The slenderizing, low-riseSkinny in dark indigo wash--they fit like a glove and (for once!)I won't have to get them hemmed.

Beyond denim, blue is definitely the color of the season! In addition to their new jeans, BR's spring collection also featured a denim-esque boyfriend blazer(which is next on my shopping list), frayed denim pencil skirts,Western-style denim shirts, cropped jackets and tons of striped tees, statement-making jewelry, and even sunglasses tocomplete your look.
