Holiday Gift Highlights?

I received two things in December that I'm pretty excited about: The shearling L.L. Bean slippers that Emily Hsieh is totally obsessed with (a boon for my frostbitten feet--true story!), and that I'm never without when I'm inside (they've made it very easy to enforce a no-shoes-in-the-house rule). And a crossbody bag from Il Bisonte, which I honestly think I'll carry until the end of days.

It is wildly comfortable and allows me license for all sorts of hands-free things that are arguably dangerous (reading while walking down the street, texting in the middle of crosswalks, etc.). The one I own isn't on Il Bisonte's website, but you can shop from tons of crossbody bags, here.

The only thing that I didn't receive that I've been wanting is a super-warm winter coat (totally fixated on all things comfortable and warm these days). I'm considering springing for the Canada Goose anorak that Elle Strauss swears by, though it's a bit price-y. I like the grey version that they have at Boston's Tannery. Have you guys found anything super, duper cozy for a little bit less money?
