Valentine's Day=Enh...
I'm totally with Kim, who devoted her Editor's Letter in this month's issue to the fact that Valentine's Day just isn't fun for anyone, whether you're in love or not. It wasn't even fun for me when I was in fourth grade and at that "crushing" age, because I went to a hippie school where there were only six other kids in my class. We dutifully provided each other with Conversation Hearts and handmade Valentine's, but there was absolutely no romance in the air--and no surprise factor, either.
It continues to be a "holiday" that I skip, though I stumbled on on this "Secret Decoder" card on Etsy, and totally want one. On principle, I might order a few and then wait to send them out until...like May. They're so cool and unusual!
