The Limited Debuts An Incredibly Affordable Bridal Collection

Exciting news for soon-to-be brides: This summer, The Limited is debuting a range of bridalwear. The dresses and gowns will be available on their website, thelimited.com, starting June 3rd (just in time for the summer wedding crunch). While the collection remains quite small at present (only two gowns and two bridesmaid dresses) the designs, which are offered in a few colors, look universally flattering.

The most thrilling aspect of the line is its pricing. Both gowns will retail for $298--pretty impressive for such high-quality silk--and the bridesmaid dresses will retail for $89.50. That means that your whole bridal party could potentially be outfitted for under $500.

VP of design Elliot Staples described the emergence of bridalwear as an organic venture for the line. "Our customers are always telling us that they wear our dresses to weddings so this was a natural progression. We're keeping the aesthetic the same--clean, classic andfeminine--but now we're able to capture a new part of the same customer's life[her wedding day]."
