My 7-Day Pants Challenge: Day 4
Today I'm cheating a bit--my "pants" are leggings. But they're Sass & Bide Black Rats leggings, purchased in a moment of I-want-to-be-Kate-Moss-ness upon seeing a photo of her in them last year. They are made of a satin-y fabric with romantic, baroque-like ruching up the sides. So they're fancy leggings.
Recently,I've been really inspired by the pared-down classic pieces Phoebe Philo is churning out atCeline, and this outfit was atake on that. But again, I cheated (though in a way I thinkPhoebe would approve of): Given how simple the top and pants are, I figuredI could go a bit crazy with the shoes--a pair of gold-accented platforms. Do you agree?
