A Sure Sign of Spring: Linen Pants

Today I officially said goodbye to my winter wardrobe, and to mark the occasion, I pulled my navy linen 3.1 Phillip Lim pants out of storage. They're high-waisted and a bit flared, and they have a slightly sturdier weight--which also means they don't wrinkle as easily, a bonus. They're more tailored than the slouchy, palazzo-ish pants that come to mind when you usually think of linen, so they feel streamlined enough for the office (right now I'm wearing them with a sheer, v-necked tee and camisole from Urban Outfitters). Basically, they're my perfect summer pants.

I got them at a sample sale for $60, and if I could find them in another color I'd buy them in a second, at full price. So I've been busily hunting down similar options (like these cropped trousers and twist cuff stretch cotton pants)....but I'm not sure if they're quite right. What do you guys think? And how do you feel about linen pants in general, anyway?
