Looking Ahead: Collette Dinnigan's Lower-Priced Line Is A Dream Come True

We've always loved Australian designer Collette Dinnigan's pretty, feminine, often-embellished and always splurge-worthy dresses, so we were thrilled to learn that starting in early spring, we won't have to wait for a special occasion to pick up a piece from her collection. For resort, Dinnigan will be introducing a lower-price line that has the same sweet feel she's known for, but in shapes and fabrics you'll be able to turn to every day.

Most of the silhouettes have that loose, breezy feel I wish I were wearing today, as the temperature is crawling up to 90. And although almost all of the dresses can be made work-appropriate with a belt, jacket or cardigan, I'm most excited to make them weekend staples, with a straw tote and flip-flops.
