ABC Star Joanna Garcia Dishes On Why She's Never Afraid To Go A Size Up

At the grand opening of the first Target in Manhattan, I caught up with the star of ABC's new comedy Better With You, Joanna Garcia (whose resume also includes the canceled CW show Privileged and a stint on Gossip Girl as the love interest of Chace Crawford).

Dressed in a very cute ensemble--Madewell blazer,David Yurman necklace (with her fiance's initial--awwww), andTreesje bag, it was her perfect-fitting white Paige jeans that really caught my eye. This is a woman who knows her denim. I asked her if she has any tricks for the denimally-challenged.

"Be willing to size yourself up a little bit and give yourself some room," she told me. "When denim shopping, you should just go for what fits, no matter what the number."
