Lea Michele's Unstoppable Glamour at the Teen Choice Awards
So you're going to think I've run out of material. I know, I know. I've blogged about Lea Michele before. You probably don't want to hear about how she lived my childhood dream of starring as Young Cosette in Les Miserables
on Broadway (her big break) and how I still blame my parents for not letting me audition, ruining my chances of one day becoming a forgotten child star turned train-wreck. But have you seen Rachel Berry's look from last night's Teen Choice Awards?

She's magical! I feel like she's Jennifer Lopez circa Waiting-for-Tonightmeets Talia Shire in The Godfather Part II--somehow--and I love it. But maybe that's just me. To get those come-hither curls, stylistMark Townsend(yes,I've mentioned him beforetoo. Sue me.) blow dried her hair withDove Body & Lift Volumizing Mousse--a favorite product category of mine--before using a double-barreled curling iron to create figure-eight waves. And, lastly, lest photogs snap her with frizz, he smoothed in a littleDove Frizz Control Therapy Taming Cream. Now, you may be skeptical that Lea and her stylist actually use a mass-market brand like Dove when they can afford pretty much anything and everything (beauty editors contemplate these things all the time), but I've sat in Mark Townsend's chair (in case you still haven't picked up on the fact that I stalk him), and he really does use Dove. He orders cases of the mousse. I will wait approximately 3.5 weeks before it seems somewhat sane to blog about Lea Michele and Mark Townsend again.
