Sissy Yates' Summer-Ready Jewelry

I met with jewelry designer Sissy Yates this morning and once we got talking about our kids and our mutual love of Washington D.C. and California, it was hard to stop. Then she pulled out her jewelry. Yates, a classic beauty, like her sister Ali Wentworth Stephanopoulos--actress, Oprah contributor, and wife of George--is a veteran of the Metropolitan Museum of Art, where she studied Asiatic and Oriental jewelry. Working with semi-precious gemstones from around the world, she manages to stay on trend, while keeping her prices low, especially for artisanal jewelry that she essentially makes herself. I am dying to layer the "Lucky" horseshoe necklace and the "Angela" wing necklace with one of her large stone pieces and flit around in a long skirt and a chic leather sandal. Summer wardrobe? Done.

What are your favorite pieces from her collection?
