A Sweet Stella McCartney Party for Lucky Kids

Fashionable mums and their well-dressed mini-me's were out in full force Tuesday night to help Stella McCartney Kids celebrate the launch of Lucky Kids at its flagship Meatpacking boutique. A percentage of the proceeds from the evening benefited Baby Buggy, a nonprofit organization that provides gently used baby essentials to families in need. Guests, including artist Jeff Koons, actress Ali Wentworth, woman-about-town Annabell Taube, and their kids joined in the evening's child-friendly festivities, which boasted face painting, balloon animals, coloring, stickering and a Play Doh station.

Kiddies ransacked the dress-up box overflowing with boas, tiaras and animal masks before snapping pics in the corner photo booth. Partygoers munched on mushroom burger sliders, mini cupcakes and chocolate Mallomars. While les petits enfants ran around sipping on Juicy Juice boxes, their stylish mamans , sipping champagne, took the opportunity to ooh and aah over the racks of crazily cute children's clothing (cheery floral-print trenches and the stripy animal-print pullovers seemed to be the night's major hits) and made sure to pick out a few of Stella's fineries for themselves. Hosts Jessica Seinfeld, looking coolly sweet in Stella's pineapple-print sheath, and Beth Buccini, co-owner of Kirna Zabete, also snatched up goodies for their offspring as well. All in all, fun was had by all.
