Coolly Sophisticated Line HONOR Opens Its First-Ever Store!
Last night the Lucky entourage (that would include fellow editors Jenny Kang and John Januzzi) headed down to the Meatpacking District to welcome a new store into the hood. HONOR, a year-old line designed by the talented Giovanna Randall, opened its first NYC location on 68 Gansevoort, and a celebratory cocktail session was definitely in order. Plus, the event set out to benefit New Yorkers for Children, a non-profit organization that aids foster children in the city.
Delicious mini-food and Alexandra Richards DJ'ing in a side-slit gown aside, the new space is quite appealing. Racks of Randall's luxe evening dresses and gowns line the bright, minimal space and there's a carpeted nook downstairs dedicated to shelves of must-read fashiony coffee-table books. If you're not in the market for a dress, the line also boasts some lovely light-colored blazers for spring, so head downtown--it's worth checking out!HONOR, 68 Gansevoort St., New York, NY 10014
