Kate Middleton did what we all hoped she'd do--she looks demure and elegant while paying tribute to one of the greatest designers in history, Alexander McQueen. Lace sleeves, a very structured bodice with lace overlay, a dipping neckline and a waist so nipped in you wonder how she can take a breath--we barely can for the excitement of it all! The dress is rather understated compared to the feathered creations we've seen from Sarah Burton, Alexander McQueen's successor after his death last winter. But so perfectly suited for a princess.
