Best Pregnant Celebrity: Jessica Alba takes the cake here in a custom platinum lame strapless bustier gown from Ralph Lauren. She is glowing and ethereal and the amethyst and citrine necklace from the 1920s that she wore in her hair was just the frosting on the already perfect cake.

We've been fans of hers since we could walk, so we are thrilled to see her in a Stella McCartney dress that shows off that bodacious bod, nods to trend (the stars, ooh the stars!), is a gorgeous color, and most importantly, covers what should be covered!
