Best-Dressed Celebrities at the Met Ball-Part Two

Best Nod to the S&M Trend That Will Be Everywhere Come Fall Thanks to Marc Jacobs: Leighton Meester in a black corseted Louis Vuitton dress made with grosgrain ribbons and leather bands. The hair and makeup were simple and elegant, which was just fine because all eyes were on that dress!

Best Eccentric: Daphne Guinness paid tribute to her dear friend Alexander McQueen in a feathered confection that looked like she had just hatched, in the chicest possible way of course.

Best Red:
We are always fans of a bright red moment on the carpet--it's daring and calls to mind Valentino at his very best. Here the race was close--gorgeous Dutch bombshell Doutzen Kroes wore a Giambattista Valli gown (and was accompanied by the designer) that closed his fall show and was bigger than most NYC apartments. But, no one does a red carpet better than supermodel Gisele Bundchen. She wore a red bustier fin-tail Alexander McQueen gown and had the best accessory of the evening--hottie husband Tom Brady.
