Lucky Haul: What Our Editors Bought Last Weekend

As promised, we're going to be doing a haul post every week about what Lucky editors bought over the past few days. Watch out--shopping is our leisure sport, so that means tons of stuff each week for you to ogle. For us, it just means another way to justify filling our already full closets.

I happened to have a gift card to Chanel left over from the holidays, so I wandered in and spotted these flats. I have them in the classic beige and black, and they're major for giving cutoffs and vintage tees an unexpected polished twist. But anyway, the green reads as kind of military and tough to me, which will look great with black skinny jeans come fall.

Ever since we did our story on closet organization, I've been wanting to overhaul mine, and I decided the long weekend was a great time to get down to it. At the Container Store I picked up some of these slim hangers that have a velvety coating. They'll be great for storing my light summer blouses and dresses because everything stays in place and there's more room on the rail. I also overhauled my delicates drawer with these customizable dividers. I'm so glad I can finally cross that project off my list!

I had to have these one-of-a-kind Brittany-made striped tees at Madewell--so Paris-casual with skinnies, a side chignon and a pair of beat-up Bensimon sneakers.

John Jannuzzi, Style Collective editor

Before I left for the long weekend, I made a quick stop at Jack Spade and picked up a Banker's Envelope ... it's basically a clutch ... for man--a man clutch, if you will. Good for quick meetings around town, and it can easily work for men or women.
