One To Watch: Chaiken and Capone
Chaiken and Capone is back on the scene with some fierce tailored pieces for spring 2011. The designer, Julie Chaiken, rightfully earned a following back in the '90s with her winning trouser line, Chaiken, but the new collection goes beyond just pants. With an emphasis on highly flattering--but decidedly modernized--silhouettes, the new full line of work-appropriate separates is truly a crowd pleaser. The label is planning to launch e-commerce on its website, but until then you can shop the collection at Barneys and CUSP by Neiman Marcus.
