Monica Botkier, Rebecca Minkoff and Yeohlee Teng Design the 2011 Vogue Eyewear/CFDA "City Collection"
After checking out the three new pairs of sunnies created by Monica Botkier, Rebecca Minkoff and Yeohlee Teng for the second annual CFDA/Luxottica Group capsule collection for Vogue Eyewear, we're totally in love. Inspired by the each of the American designers' favorite urban spots (Miami for Botkier, New York for Minkoff and L.A. for Teng) the "City Collection" embodies some of the most stylish and exciting places on earth.
After being selected, the trio embarked on separate trips to their destinations of choice to have their creative process documented by fashion's top bloggers. Jane Aldrige of Sea of Shoes accompanied Yeohlee to California, Aimee Song of Song of Style joined Botkier in Miami and Natalie Suarez of Natalie Off Duty headed to New York with Rebecca. We haven't checked the footage out yet, but judging by the final products, we're guessing the girls caught some good stuff on camera.
Click through the slideshow below to check out all three styles, plus Rebecca Minkoff's mood board during the project. As of September 29th, the entire collection will be available at Sunglass Hut locations, so choose your favorite now! Which pair will you be rocking this fall?
