Fashion Week Prep: Lucky Editors Are Always Prepared

Here's the thing: The fashion week crowd is, needless to say, intimidating. Which means we—from assistants to EICs—need to pull out all the stops over the next three weeks. Borrow, beg, steal—it's fashion at it's finest and every woman for herself. And if impressing each other isn't work enough, now fashion's street style photographers are as fierce and prevalent as Hollywood's paparazzi. Here's how our editors are planning to survive the big week or, as I sometimes refer to it, the "Fashion Olympics." May the best editor win.

Rebecca Ramsey, Market Editor

“Im pretty basic when it comes to Fashion Week beauty—I want my eyes and hair to be fresh, and to pretend to have Stella Tennant’s closet filled with menswear-inspired classics and tailored pieces.”
