Eight Pricey Fall Runway Pieces That Are (Practically) Sold Out
These fall pieces are selling out faster than you can say "giant dog sweater." (Some, in fact, already have.)
And as for brick and mortar stores? We tried Miu Miu in Soho, which only had one pair left in the whole shop. (It was black, white and a 37.5, but is probably gone by the time you read this. Get thee to the above sites!)
So, good thing Givenchy has this option, right?
Not so much. The men's sweater's being scooped up by both sexes, which is probably why it's already sold out at Bergdorf Goodman.
According to the shop girls, the only fringe boots in stock is over-the-knee variety. So if you're craving a little fringe on your feet (as apparently so many people are!), you might want to consider a much taller boot instead.
We poked around for a while in search of these sandals, finding a smattering of sizes depending on color. The black's soldout on barneys.com, though they have the blue available in whole sizes. Likewise, shopbop.com had the black in a 9.5, and the pink only in a 40 or 40.5.
And then, thankfully, we realized Alexander Wang has e-commerce (aha!), and the site's by far the best bet. Sizes are missing here and there in each colorway, but for the most part, they stock the Fabiana better than anywhere else we found.
Sparkle's not just popular on booties: this Prada clutch is already sold out on saks.com, despite the fact that it just got there. (Plus, they had to limiit customers from buying more than three at a time. We checked eBay hoping for auctions from people who bought it in mass, and couldn't find it there, either. Sigh.)
Despite a $39,000 price tag, this backpack by The Row is sold out both at Barneys and through The Row itself. But don't worry, if you have the spare cash lying around, you can sign up for the waitlist here.
