Lookbook Love: Loeffler Randall Spring 2012

Editors have been smitten with Loeffler Randall's feminine footwear since the label's launch in 2005—and it's not hard to see why. In addition to being remarkably comfy (I swear by their Matilde knee high wedge boots during Manhattan's frostier months and lived in my Ondine flat sandals this past summer), designer Jessie Randall's shoes are consistently chic without seeming overly precious.

Randall's Spring 2012 lineup is heavily inspired by athletics, with design inspiration snagged from hiking boots and sport sandals. The color palette borrows from the pinks and greens seen in Fragonard's iconic painting "The Swing," combining them with the lush watercolors favored by contemporary artist Elizabeth Peyton. Add a touch of snakeskin embossing, glittering polka dots (and a 30% reduction in the collection's overall price point) and it's clear that designer Jessie Randall has got another hit on her hands—one we'd be happy to have on our feet.
