G-Star Arrives on Rodeo Drive—and Snags Clémence Poésy for Their Spring Campaign

Rock n' roll denim label G-Star has long been a favorite amongst the celeb set, regularly attracting stars like Mary-Kate Olsen, Liv Tyler and the Gossip Girl crew to their runway shows during New York Fashion Week. Last night, the brand opened its new Rodeo Drive outpost in Beverly Hills—the first-ever denim company to land real estate on the exclusive shopping street. Mark Ronson DJ'd the fête, and G-Star fans Mischa Barton and True Blood's Ryan Kwanten were on hand to toast the boutique's debut.

Also in attendance was lovely French actress Clémence Poésy, who's been named G-Star's Spring 2012 face. She'll appear in the label's upcoming campaign alongside controversial director/musician Vincent Gallo, set to launch in January. With her luxe yet laid-back personal style, we think Clémence is a perfect pick to model those high-end blues.
