Big Changes at Target: Go International Goes Bye Bye
Before designer collaborations became an everyday occurrence, Target launched Go International as a way to introduce high-end fashion to a larger audience. Now, the line responsible for bringing Proenza Schouler, Richard Chai and Thakoon to the masses has been discontinued for a new model.
WWD reported today that exact details are still tightly guarded, but the 2012 system will "encompass a variety of different departments across the store, from food to clothing to home to pet food." We can only imagine the type of insanity this might stir up. (Remember when Missoni madness broke the company's website?)
