You already know that we're all over this nail thang. But please give it up for our new favorite blogger, Chelsea Van Houten. Her beauty blog—The Fresh Mani—chronicles the tales of a city girl just trying to live her life, but never without a fresh manicure. She's got the glitter, the sparkle and the ombré down pat.
