Office Fixation: Wild Manicures!
From ombre glitter to pink polka dots, our editors are fully obsessed:
"I’m obsessed with the tribal prints from Pendelton and Proenza Schouler, so Sayo at Marie Nails Soho created this gray base tribal design with a touch of my own personality (pink and studs)."
"Instead of my basic red polish, I went for these really glamorous-looking strips at Dashing Diva salon. The design reminds me of an old Hollywood film set."
"I was at a Madewell party where a manicurist from Valley Nails in Soho gave me this really cool hot-pink-with-polka-dots design. So Cute!"
"I’m not bold enough to wear sequins to work so I love an ombre glitter nail for adding some sparkle to my look! It’s like a party on your nails."
During a routine West Village shopping trip, I dropped by Eve salon to test drive the shatter coats everyone is getting. I love the combo of gold with a purple—it looks like a lightning storm.
"It’s easy to water-marble your nails like this: Cover the back of your finger, below and on each side of your nail with tape to prevent staining skin, then put a few drops of nail polish in a cup of water and dip your nails. It dries super fast, and I love the effect."
