Inspired by the sequin eye makeup from Givenchy's Spring 2012 show, Elizabeth from moveSlightly brilliantly translates this look to her nails. This fresh manicure is surprisingly easy. Elizabeth uses a neutral color as the base and a half circle of Chanel Kaleidoscope for a sharp finish.
