Dumbo, Brooklyn
Zoe isn't just one of the best stores in Brooklyn, it's one of the best stores in New York City. Period. If you rounded up the top looks from all the runway collections in the world (Céline, Miu Miu, Givenchy, Stella McCartney), and housed them in one boutique a block away from the stunning DUMBO waterfront, you'd find that it's already been done (and better) at Zoe.
