Banana Republic Names Dresses After Kate and Pippa Middleton, Reneges on Both

Update at 10.50 am EST on March 14: Looks like the "Kate" dress has also been renamed. Oh well, it's still really pretty!
Last week, Banana Republic put these two dresses on their website: the "Kate," which riffs on the tan bandage dress Kate Middleton wore to meet President Obama, and the "Pippa," which mimics the neckline of the younger Middleton's maid of honor dress.
But today the "Pippa" took on a different name, relabeled as "monogram silk cowl neck dress." (See what we mean here, and check out the as-of-right-now-unchanged "Kate" here.)
We're not sure why they switched it, or why the "'Kate" stayed the same. But considering the craze around pretty much every piece of clothing or accessory they wear (Issa dresses, L.K. Bennett shoes), we can't imagine using the name Pippa was hurting sales.
So what caused change-up, then? A Pippa intervention on the "Pippa?" Or maybe— after seeing how much attention the name's garnered— Banana is saving the moniker for another, even more amazing dress in the future?
