Five Looks From Hedi Slimane's Final Dior Homme Collection That We Hope He'll Revisit at Yves Saint Laurent
Now that it's 100 percent confirmed that Hedi Slimane is returning to YSL as the brand's creative director, we can start happily speculating as to what he'll design for women. Granted, this won't be the first time girls have worn his clothes—during Slimane's years at Dior Homme, he made slim pantsuits so stunning that even ladies clamored to buy them.
With that in mind, here are five standout looks from Slimane's Fall 2007 collection for Dior Homme—his final season as the label's creative director. Sure, these pieces look great on those male models—but we think that with a few fitting tweaks, they could easily be re-imagined for YSL's female clientele. Would you wear them?
