With Coachella in full swing, the summer music festial circuit is heating up. These weekend-long (and in this case, two-weekend-long) parties are the perfect excuse to plan some "I-usually-don't-wear-flourescent-cut-offs-but-they-look-awesome" type outfits. As well as some cool, ridiculously colorful makeup to match.
