Meet Rita Ora, the newest pop star to be signed to Jay-Z's prestigious Roc Nation record label. Though she hasn't even released her debut album yet, she's got two incredibly catchy singles to her name—"How We Do (Party)" and the Drake-penned "R.I.P."—and was hand-picked to open for Coldplay during the band's upcoming European tour. Add that to the 21-year-old's platinum-blond good looks, killer voice and fearless style sense, and this Brit might just be the next Rihanna.
