What I'm Wearing: Zara blazer, J.Crew top, Club Monaco dress, Coach belt, Marc by Marc Jacobs bag

To Get My Look: To give a standard issue gray sheath dress a little more dimension, slip a long sleeve striped tee underneath, add a waist belt like this tan one and grab a sunny yellow blazer for a jolt of color. Ultimately, it'll turn that dress both work appropriate and a bit interesting.
