Born as Victoria Hesketh, the Little Boots moniker refers to the singer's teeny UK-size three feet. And with her inventive '80s disco pop meets modern electronica sound, and edgy-glam style (metallics! sparkles!), it's no wonder she's caught the eye of U.S. major labels—her "Headphones" EP is out here now on Elektra.
