Guess Girls: A Retrospective

In honor of their 30th anniversary, Guess resurrected pieces from its iconic ad campaigns to create a brand new capsule collecton. It reads like a recipe for the brand's half '50s pin-up girl, half '90s supermodel look—cat-eye sunglasses, light wash denim, tie-waist tops—and it's awesome.

Unfortunately, it's also mostly sold out on Guess's website. But that doesn't mean we can't still celebrate the brand's retro sex kitten-y look and an attempt to find the ingredients to cook it up elsewhere.

Below, see what bombshell meant in the days before Kate Upton was born—think Claudia Schiffer and Anna Nicole Smith—and shop currently available items with the same flavor as the ones in the ads. (Until the Guess website restocks their 30th anniversary capsule collection pieces—like that Claudia Schiffer corset—it'll just have to do.)

Pair high-waisted denim with a bright white belt. It'll highlight the smallest part of your mid-section—your natural waist. Click through to shop the look.
