Kate Middleton Wears Stella McCartney: Where to Buy the Exact Same Dress

Kate Middleton visited London’s National Portrait Gallery this morning for the opening of "Road to 2012: Aiming High," a photography exhibit of people involved with the Summer 2012 Olympics. Keeping with the occasion's patriotic theme, the Duchess wore a cerulean shift from Stella McCartney—a designer that is not only British but responsible for the UK team's uniforms. The sheath's color was a style choice we're used to from K-Mid (she first solidified her fashion icon status in a blue Issa dress) but her shoes were not. Instead of wearing those nude LK Bennetts we've seen so many times, she paired the piece with slightly pointy-toed black pumps. Also, we don't normally see her in a lot of jewelry but today, she had on a long silver pendent with circles on the chain. So, okay...maybe it's not a fashion-risk of Gaga proportions. But we appreciate that she mixed things up regardless.
Usually, by the time we tell you about a Middleton outfit, it is completely sold out everywhere. As of this morning, however, we're happy to report the item is still available on Neimanmarcus.com (a full size run), Matches.com (a few sizes left) and Mytheresa.com (for pre-order). But if you want it, please, please hurry because stock will not last long. Click through the slideshow below to shop Kate's ensemble—the exact dress and similar products—now.
