Katie Holmes' Label Is Now Experiencing Soaring Sales

A few weeks ago, we told you that Katie Holmes would be showing her fashion line Holmes & Yang, which she's been designing along with her stylist Jeanne Yang since 2009, at September Fashion Week. And while we're pretty sure that every editor in the world (ourselves included) can't wait to see what the duo present next month, it seems that Holmes & Yang has already experienced a nice sales boost ever since Katie announced her divorce from Tom Cruise.

According to Fox News, a staffer at Barneys in Beverly Hills reported that the pricey collection has been selling "particularly well" ever since the high-profile split. Reps from Barneys' New York flagship agreed, stating they'd noticed the same increase. And while the department store's Dallas outpost doesn't even stock Holmes & Yang, they've apparently been "getting queries about it from enthusiastic shoppers."

In addition to Barneys New York, Holmes & Yang is currently carried at London's Harvey Nichols. But if this upward momentum continues, we wouldn't be surprised if a few other major stores picked up the brand post-NYFW. Are you listening, Net-a-Porter, Shopbop and Bergdorf?
