Pippa Middleton Wears a Peplum Well

Yesterday afternoon the Middleton sisters watched a Wimbleton match together in pretty, ladylike ensembles. Kate, as usual, wore pieces we've seen before (the cream dress during her North American tour and the jacket at the Epsom Derby) but Pippa's outfit was new...and kind of unexpected.

Normally, we're used to seeing the Duchess of Cambridge's younger sibling in conservative blazers and shifts or—when going out—solid colored gowns. Yesterday, however, she opted for a fresh and fashion-forward peplum sheath with a soft blueish print from Project D by Dannii Minogue and Tabitha Somerset Webb. The trim silhouette was very flattering on Pippa's willowy figure and we sincerely hope that this is the start of a pattern. We'd love to see the British party planner take more sartorial risks and maybe land on a few street style blogs.
