You guys, I'm not sure if you KNEW this, but there are tons of celebrities OUTSIDE of Hollywood. Like, actresses in Hong Kong. And royals in The Netherlands. And they're wearing some pretty interesting outfits. Ensembles that often trump the ingenues on our Stateside red carpets in terms of style and fashion forward-ness.
