Shop It: Bachelorette Trailer
There’s no denying that 2011’s Bridesmaids was a game-changer. The film reinvented the chick-flick genre with an amazing cast (I’m looking at you, Kristen Wiig, Maya Rudolph, Rose Byrne and Melissa McCarthy) and universal appeal. Witty, compelling and downright hilarious, it instantly became a classic.
So, when we saw the trailer for Bachelorette, written and directed by Leslye Headland and produced by Will Ferrell and Adam McKay, we knew if it was anything like Bridesmaids, we’d love it. Starring hilarious up-and-comer Rebel Wilson, and veteran favorites Kirstin Dunst, Lizzy Caplan and Isla Fisher, Bachelorette chronicles an indulgent, if not utterly hedonistic, bachelorette party.
Until the September 7 release date, we’ll have to be satisfied with watching and re-watching the trailer and emulating the fashionable cast's style. Dunst’s character embodies modern and polished sophistication in pieces like a timeless trench and silky keyhole dress. But we’ll also channel Caplan’s edgy simplicity, Fisher’s bohemian glam and Wilson’s classic femininity.

In a classic trench and silk shirt-dress, Kirstin Dunst exudes a casual elegance when she hears of her friend's engagment (even though she's actually about to lose it).
Isla Fisher does bohemian glam with her brown floppy hat and crochet dress. We'd add colorful accessories to keep it playful.
Kirstin Dunst is the picture of polished feminity in a 1940s-inspired cocktail dress, quilted bag, and cranberry heels.
You'll be ready to party with Isla Fisher in a vibrant teal dress and cheetah-print accessories.
Thoughtful pleating draws attention to Rebel Wilson's pretty face—And a statement broach dresses up any black dress.
Get Lizzy Caplan's edge with an easy blue dress and leather booties. The blazer and bag provide the perfect finishing touches.
Simple yet sophisticated, this is the ideal bridesmaid's dress. You may even want to wear it again.
We'd be upset too if this stunning wedding dress was ripped.
