Victoria's Secret Angels Sound Off on House Music and Favorite Yoga Poses at Soul Cycle's Supermodel Spin

Yesterday evening, we joined Victoria's Secret Angels Doutzen Kroes, Arlenis Sosa, Lindsay Ellingson, Erin Heatherton and Behati Prinsloo at Soul Cycle's Upper East Side location for a very charitable ride. Together with Pelotonia, they hosted a "Supermodel Spin" to raise funds for medical research at the Ohio State University's Comprehensive Cancer Center. And as usual, the Angels looked damn good doing it.

As it turns out, though, the girls weren't all seasoned spinners. "I've actually never done this before," Doutzen confessed to me. "But I'm from Holland, so I'm used to always being on a  bike—it comes very naturally to me. And they tell me spinning's really addictive, so I'm excited to try it." Indeed, on the afternoon I visited, Soul Cycle's lobby was jam-packed with devoted members in sneakers and skintight capris—and most weren't even there to get a glimpse of the VS crew.

Part of spinning's appeal, of course, is the thumping, energizing music played during each class—so I asked Doutzen if there was anything she was especially hoping to hear during her session. "I really like house music," she said. "Especially old-school stuff like Dennis Ferrer, although I just love Avicii's 'Levels.'"

Behati and Lindsay, like Doutzen, don't typically opt for spinning when choosing a workout. "I think we've both figured out that yoga and pilates are the best bet for us," Behati told me. As for her favorite pose? "Downward Facing Dog!" she laughed. "But I'm a fan of Tree Pose, too." Lindsay, meanwhile, prefers Eagle Pose—and she and Behati were eager to help me twist my arms into a pretzel so I could try it out too.

Let's just say I'm gonna leave the whole "looking sexy at the gym" thing to the Angels. Click through the slideshow for photographic proof.
