The sale section's women's portion alone is bursting with 1,067 items, marked up to 70 percent off. Be sure to reserve a big chunk of time for this one—there's a lot of really good stuff to dig through. Stand out items from my morning scan included this cropped maroon pullover for $90 (originally $300) and these awesome $266 (originally $885) Proenza cargo shorts that weirdly remind me of Robin Hood.

This casual wear label's clearance is filled with lots of things you can wear straight through fall, like this abstract camo jacket for $89.99 (was $128) or this polka-dotted pullover marked down to $59.50 from $72. Plus, if you're looking for some end-of-summer staples, there's lots of cheap featherweight tanks and string bikinis, too

There are enough retro-chic swimsuits, sundresses and sandals in this site's sale section to get you through the end of summer without blowing your fall budget. My top recommendations? This floral fit-and-flare for $55.99 (originally $79.99) and these printed sandals that clash with it, but in a really cool way.

4.'s bi-annual sale might be over, but its sister site, The Outnet, has all the leftovers for much lower prices. Right now, its stock of affordable designer wares includes Acne, Alaia and Thakoon up to 65 percent up. There's also a huge range of discounted pieces from other designers, such this dress from 3.1 Phillip Lim for $416.25 (was $925) and these $593.25 Yves Saint Laurent wedges (they were $1,695).

For a small, independently owned company, this Brooklyn-based boutique has a very impressive selection of marked down apparel, accessories and home goods. Right now I'm obsessing over all the affordable Rachel Comey goodies, like this semi-sheer crop top  ($259 from $375) and these quilted booties (were $490, now $249).

Already inexpensive separates have been made too cheap to pass up, thanks to this fast fashion chain's end of season mark-downs. This is a greater way to try new trends without financially committing—there's plenty of pastel pieces, printed blazers and neon stilettos for under $100.

Although ASOS always has some markdowns in the mix, the e-commerce site is exceptionally rife with deals right now. On top of its always-up-to-70-percent-off outlet—which has everything from under $100 brogues to affordable leather bombers—its having a promotion in honor of the Olympics with select items are slashed up to 30 percent off until August 9 at 1 AM PST.

The current clothing, shoes and accessories count in Shopbop's summer sale—which is divided by 30, 50 and 70 percent off—is at 5,747, with new items constantly streaming in. Some styles that I've been considering: pink floral J.Brand capris ($101.50, down from $203) and color-blocked Sam Edelman wedge sandals ($84 from $120).

Nothing in this affordable label's 240 item sale section costs more than $100 and the majority of it is under $50. Which means you can buy this lavender silk dress ($38.50, down from $55) and this cozy red cardigan ($54.40, was $68) and still not hit the three digit mark.

Until August 13, the department store has taken up to 70 percent off over 3,000 items from a ton of top designers. There's so much to choose from it's basically impossible to just add one thing to your basket—we're already planning to buy this mint green '20s inspired dress for $187.60 (was $268) and this chunky-knit Jil Sander sweater for $264—which is crazy low compared to its original $880 pricetag.
