As she set about creating the white enamel-dabbed points on this bracelet, jewelry designer (and closet comic book obsessive) Tiffany Chou was inspired by the Green Arrow, a somewhat obscure DC Comics superhero. In fact, she named the piece "November 1941" in honor of the crafty, crime-fighting archer's world debut. Weird coincidence: the Green Arrow character will resurface in a dishy actor-filled CW series this fall, potentially making this here bracelet the season's must-have accessory.
