Get a Makeover from Our Beauty Director Jean Godfrey-June

Tomorrow, Thursday, August 16, our way-too-awesome for words Beauty Director, Jean Godfrey-June, will give Laura Mercier-sponsored makeovers at New York City's Saks Fifth Avenue store.

The pairing makes sense: Jean always looks great but never done—like she's been using Laura Mercier's subtle, pretty products. (I never know what exactly their tinted moisturizer does, I just know people look infinitely better after rubbing a dollop onto their skin, every time, infallibly.)

But while the initiative's awesome and logical and all those things, it's also charitable, too. The profits from each $30, 20-minute makeover benefit Look Good Feel Better, a charity that helps women cope with the appearance-altering effects of cancer treatment.

Call 866-395-LOOK (5665) to book your appointment now or, if you won't be in New York City, visit Lookgoodfeelbetter.org to donate. For those that do book a makeover and attend, Laura Mercier gift bags are included. But we think the real perk might be picking Jean's brain for a full twenty minutes. Our resident expert won't be able to go anywhere while you ask her anything: how to keep your makeup in tact when it's obscenely hot, how to wear shorts to the office, whatever.
