Jennifer Aniston Is Engaged: Our Wedding Dress Predictions
After just over a year of dating, Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux are engaged. People reports the pair made it official last Friday, when Theroux popped the question during his birthday celebration.
This is not only the Aniston's second time down the aisle, but her second time after one of the highest profile divorces in Hollywood history. Which means her wardrobe choice is extra important. She'll want to avoid repeating her i-do outfit from 2000—a classic white gown and veil—but still stay true to her signature simple style. There are a few directions I think she might go. If Jennifer decides to go the "timeless white gown" route again, I except it will be very simple and elegant. No princess skirts or fussy details! This Reem Acra dress would be perfect—the structured bodice and soft draping is so sophisticated.
Aniston has enough A-list clout to finagle a dress from Raf Simons' highly-regarded debut collection for Dior. Should she, I think this silver style could make her a future bridal icon.
Now that Natalie Portman wore a tea length skirt at her ceremony, short wedding dresses are having something of a moment. This understated strapless design by Caroline Herrera matches Jen's low-key style.
Aniston is known for wearing a lot of black, so it's a color she might default to, especially for her second marriage. Luckily, a good portion of Vera Wang's fall 2012 bridal line consisted of noir dresses, including this one, giving the star lots to choose from.
