Our co-worker Adrianna has been raving about her faja, a girdle-like undergarment popular in Brazil and other South American countries. Since I have a small belly pooch, I decided to try it out with this Squeem thing I found on Amazon—and I have to say I simply adore it! The waist cincher not only flattens my tummy, it also whittles my waist down so much that I now have an hourglass figure that rivals Beyoncé's. (Or, you know, almost.)
