P!nk Is The New Face of Cover Girl

You'll be glad to know that singer P!nk is no longer "a hazard to herself," as her past song lyrics suggest. Actually, everything seems to be going pretty great for her right now. Her new album, The Truth About Love, drops at the end of September and she's joining the likes of Tyra Banks and Drew Barrymore in a very elite club of Covergirl faces. Her ad campaign for the brand's new mascara is set to launch this fall.

“I have a lot to celebrate," Pink said in a statement. "I called my new album The Truth About Love, and the truth is that I have my beautiful family and baby girl, my new music, and now my partnership with COVERGIRL to love. Joining a group of women who have always inspired me–to laugh out loud, let my guard down or play around with my beauty look—is such an honor.”

It's also worth pointing out that before there was Charlotte Free—who has her own Maybelline campaign right now—there's no question that P!nk was the originator of the pink hair trend.
